this series is written by rachel caine and i absolutely adore it!!! the series has 13 books out for a 15 book series and it follows the life of an early addmittance student, Claire Danvers. he moves to the small town of morganville for collage and when bullying gets so severe she moves off campus she finds out the town is run by vampires. together she and her house mates, Eve Rosser, Shane Collins and Micheal Glass (a vampire!!!) get stuck in many sticky situations. as i said before i love love love this series and i highly recommend it!!

INGREDIANTS
1 cup icing sugar mixture
1 tsp cocoa
2tsp butter (doesnt have to be exact)
1 tbsp boiling water
few drops of vanilla essence
 
METHOD
1. sift in the icing sugar and cocoa
2. add the butter and vanilla essence and mix
3. add the boiling water and mix till smooth and glossy
4. ice and then leave to set.
